For the moment I would say that the two best is Burnout Paradise (make sure you have the latest version because it contains many DLC)
And GRID.
Need for Speed are very good.
Prologue Gran Turismo HD is good, except that it is only an average game, but it is very cheap now. But I expect the new full-size Gran Turismo.
